Our focus on Programme and Project Management excellence has been the foundation of our success since the business was formed in 2003. Since then we have delivered many successful projects for major UK and international companies. We have extensive experience with a number of standards and methodologies, including Prince2, ASAP, Agile and Scrum. Our Project Managers hold formal qualifications in these methodologies but equally importantly, have the key ingredients of experience; common sense and the Edson Project tool kit.

Our approach focuses on simplifying projects, removing confusion and doing the simple things well. Clarity of planning, solution design and communication are our keys to success.
